Email us your doctors name and number and the patients name. 2.Verify with us that the information has been sent, allow us 48 hours. 3. Contact your doctor and make arrangements to see him about this. 4. If you do not have a doctor, we will try to find one and send you his name and phone number. Then follow steps 2 and 3. 5. Your doctor will then fax a prescription in to the pharmacy and they will contact you about delivery.
